Clogging Tonight ...

I am a clogger and  for those who do not know what clogging is : it is a mix of steps (Tap , Irish , Buck and Flat foot ) that started in the Appalachian Mountains.

I clog with a group named   http://www.tropicalclogger/    everyMonday night at the Studio Shall We Dance in Deerfield Beach, Florida. I love anything to do with art and dance .

It is good exercice or should I say FUN exercice.
