Ning sites and how they helped me !

I belong to a few ning sites and I love every one of them. I may not be visiting as often as I would like but I have become attached to them. Today I was visiting    Mix Media Workshop and was reading what I wrote in my profile information when I join at the beginning of the year . The question was :

• What would I like to accomplish in 2010 ?

My answer was : Learn new techniques and learn to draw beautiful faces.

We are now close to the end of the year and I started to look thru my drawing of faces and I have to say, I believe I improved ..I bought the DVD Fabulous Faces from Tamara Laporte of Willowing.ning
 and started to practice. I am not as good as she is of course, but I can see a difference.

I can sincerely say that the ning sites I have joined  have helped me more than I can say , the funny thing about it is that I was so scared to join. I watched videos of Tam of "Willowing" ," Milliande" and Deborah of " Mix Media Workshop" for the longest time before I decided to join. That was the best thing I have ever done.
